The pork belly has a wonderful texture. The sausages have distinct mouth feel and flavors. But the best of all is the liquid surrounding those happy beans! Thick, rich, complex, and earthy. I'm from the USA, and spent 9 years eating "beans and dogs" out in Texas. These are some really, really good "beans and dogs."
